Introduction to Paddling- Week 1

A flat calm Tuesday evening on Loch Eil saw the first of 6 beginners sessions for both sea kayaking and open canoe.  If you are interested in attending, see the post below for details.

Back on the Garry

Its coming round to the Summer, so it was time the club got on the Garry. Kate, Allen, Sam, Craig and Graham had a good time on the river and were glad to get the cobwebs off their paddling kit.

Beginners Sessions

Beginners Sessions
A series of 6 beginners sessions for canoes and kayaks are being run again this year for both juniors and for adults.
Coaching will take place at Outward Bound Loch Eil and all necessary kit will be provided.  Note that OB is being used as a location, and the coaching will not be by OB staff.

Please note that available places are limited.

For juniors:
P6 to S2 (P5 can attend if they have previous experience)
5 Tuesdays from 6th May until 3rd June incl.
4pm till 6.30pm.
£25 for juniors

For adults:
6 Tuesdays from from 29th April until 3rd June.
6.30pm until 8.30pm
£25 for adults, which includes the cost of Nevis Canoe Club membership for 2014.
